Hey, I'm Rody and I have over 14 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA). In that time, I have worked in various sectors - from petrochemicals to gaming, digital asset management, workforce management and healthcare. I have seen QA change considerably over the last few years, constantly requiring new tools and techniques to keep up. Every industry brings its own challenges, and precisely because of my broad experience, I can easily adapt to what is needed. Whether it's strictly regulated environments or fast-changing tech, I know what's going on and how to get QA right.
I have worked as a QA Lead and Staff QA at several companies. There, I led QA teams, devised testing strategies and ensured that quality products were extensively tested through test automation. Through those leadership roles, I learned to manage complex projects, supervise teams and continuously look for ways to improve QA processes for different organisations

Over the years, I have not only deepened my knowledge, but also set up many QA frameworks tailored to the company's needs. My experience ranges from classic manual testing to the latest forms of automated testing, performance testing and mobile testing. This allows me to always choose an approach that best suits the problem and excludes the team.
I seamlessly integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines in DevOps environments, keeping stakeholders continuously informed with reports on quality. I think it is important to narrow the gap between development and operations, so that quality is central from the start to delivery. This approach ensures that releases are faster and that the product is ultimately more reliable and stronger.
